Safety, Consent & Communication
Background Checks
All mentors and youth-facing volunteers undergo thorough background checks before interacting with students.
Consent Required
Parent/guardian consent is required for all minors before program participation begins.
Private Journaling
Private student journaling content is not publicly displayed or automatically shared without appropriate consent and policy controls.
Communication
Program updates are delivered via your preferred method (email, text, or phone). Staff messages are always professional and documented.
Meals
Meals are provided only during approved in-person Beyond Breakfast Foundation sessions, workshops, service days, and scheduled mentorship gatherings. In-person student meals are part of the mentorship environment, not a standalone food service.
