Placed by age, pathway & readiness
Girls and boys train on separate pathways, grouped into age bands so every athlete develops with the right peers and the right level of challenge.
Ages 8 – 12
Foundational movement, coordination, and structured fun — placed in earlier, heat-adjusted blocks.
Ages 13 – 18
Speed, agility, and conditioning with accountability for middle- and high-school athletes.
Ages 18 – 24
Advanced / open development for older athletes — placed in later training blocks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything athletes and parents want to know before enrolling.
No. The Panther Performance Pass is the training-only path — structured speed, agility, conditioning, and accountability without the full nutrition track. It runs with the same trust, communication, and operational standards as US Athletic Fuel, and you can move into the full Performance + Nutrition experience later.
Yes. The Single Session ($120) is a true trial / drop-in — it includes placement, check-in, and parent reminders. If it’s the right fit, you can move to the Monthly Performance Pass ($420/month) for the ongoing rhythm and priority placement.
Girls and boys train on separate pathways, and each pathway is age-banded (8–12, 13–18, and 18–24). Younger athletes train in earlier, heat-adjusted blocks; older athletes train later. Final placement is confirmed by our coaching team.
Summer is our featured accelerated semester. Training runs four days a week — Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday — for four weeks in June, pauses the week of July 4, then runs four more weeks in July into the first week of August. Sessions are heat-adjusted with morning and afternoon blocks assigned by age band, pathway, and placement.
That’s completely fine. New families are guided through placement, and if your athlete is new to USI we can issue or link a USI Access Code so everything stays connected in one place.
For any athlete under 18, a parent or guardian must provide consent and complete the waiver / release, along with emergency contact and a medical-readiness acknowledgment. These are completed during checkout — before payment is finalized.
Training pauses for the Independence Day week. The Summer calendar is built around it — four active weeks in June, off the week of July 4, then four active weeks in July into the first week of August.
You don’t need one to enroll — checkout is open to every family. After checkout you can choose to create or connect a USI Access Code so your athlete’s training, attendance, and progress live in one connected account.
Absolutely. The Panther Performance Pass is designed as a clear first step. When your family is ready, you can upgrade into the full Performance + Nutrition program with US Athletic Fuel.
