Group Discussions

Real conversations. Real growth. No script.

Our facilitated group discussions create a structured space where mentees practice communication, explore leadership topics, challenge assumptions, and learn from each other's experiences.

What This Looks Like

Group discussions are where theory meets practice. After the quiet introspection of journaling, the discussion circle invites mentees to share, listen, and engage with ideas that matter.

Our facilitators are trained to guide — not lecture. The goal is to create a space where every voice is heard, disagreements are respectful, and young people practice the communication skills they will need in school, work, and life.

Topics are intentionally diverse: from identity and self-worth to financial literacy and community responsibility. We don't shy away from difficult conversations. We equip young people to navigate them with confidence and empathy.

The strongest leaders are the ones who know how to listen before they speak.

Weekly Appearance
