- Triggered when: limited vocabulary breadth on placement
Reading Comprehension
Main idea identification, inference skills, summarization, and text evidence citing
- Triggered when: below 70% on comprehension assessments
Fluency Building
Oral reading rate, accuracy, and expression practice with progress monitoring
- Triggered when: below 100 WCPM (words correct per minute)
Written Response
