Training Schedule
A Predictable Structure Families Can Plan Around
Panther Performance Pass runs on a published structure — fixed training days, defined active weeks, and group blocks by age and gender — so athletes and parents always know what the season looks like before it starts.
The Summer Training Block
The summer structure below is the program's standing directive — the frame every summer season is built on.
Training Days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday
Four training days each active week, structured around age and gender group blocks.
June: Four Active Weeks
The summer block opens with four consecutive active training weeks in June.
July Fourth Closure Week
The program pauses for the week of July Fourth — no sessions are held during the closure week.
Four More Weeks: July into Early August
Training resumes after the closure for four additional active weeks, finishing in the first week of August.
Location: Arlington Heights High School
Summer sessions are hosted at Arlington Heights High School.
Age & Gender Group Blocks
Athletes train in blocks organized by age and gender so coaching, intensity, and supervision fit each group.
Fall, Spring, and Summer — the Semester Framework
Like every Unique Scholars Institute pillar, Panther Performance Pass operates on the institute's semester calendar. Each semester publishes its own active weeks, group blocks, and enrollment window on the main program page.
Exact Session Times Are Published by Program Staff
Clock times for each age and gender block are announced by program administration for each season and communicated directly to enrolled families — they are never permanently hard-coded on this page, so what you receive is always current.
