For food truck vendors at brand events
For food truck vendors and service providers participating in USI brand events. Covers vendor terms, event participation standards, food-safety compliance, and brand-alignment requirements.
Parent Participation Pass
For parent event participation
For parents who wish to participate in USI events, field trips, or volunteer alongside their child's program. Verifies participation eligibility and event access.
Youth Organization Contracts
Semester, annual, 2-year & 4-year options
Multi-term partnership agreements for youth-serving organizations integrating USI programming, brand standards, and joint initiatives.
Semester Contract
Single semester partnership term.
Annual Contract (1-Year)
Standard annual agreement with quarterly reviews.
2-Year Contract
Extended partnership with preferential terms & bi-annual reviews.
4-Year Contract
Long-term institutional partnership with deep brand integration.

You receive an email notification the moment your request is approved.

Every Document Requires Approval
To safeguard our youth, families, and partners, all official USI documents are released only after review and written approval by institute Owner/Admin leadership. No template is distributed, signed, or used until your request has been verified and approved — there are no exceptions.
