The Signature Weekly Performance Experience
Structure defines our sessions. From warm-up to cooldown, every minute is purposeful.
Prep-Panther Dynamic Brand Stretch
Every training session begins with the Prep-Panther dynamic brand stretch, conducted 15 minutes before scheduled training sessions to prepare the body, focus the athlete, and establish discipline.
Performance Training Block
Structured speed, agility, conditioning, and movement drills designed for each age group and developmental stage. Field- and track-based with cones, sleds, ladders, and resistance tools.
Hydration Discipline
Every standard training session includes 2 structured water breaks. Every summer training session includes 5 structured water breaks. Hydration is not optional — it’s part of the culture.
Cooldown Reset
Every session ends with a 3-minute cooldown stretch to support recovery, reduce soreness, and reinforce the discipline of proper training closure.
